iCloud photos

iCloud delete my photos from 34,000 photos to 6000 photos suddenly I open the photo and find that happen so this is not my fault

Have you checked the Photos app and iCloud.com/Photos using a browser for a Recently Deleted album?

If nothing there helped, your photos have been permanently deleted. You can restore your device from a backup and perhaps restore your photos too from that backup.
