Apple took 70 euros from my card

There’s an apple charge for 69.99 in my account. I’ve been to reportaproblem.com to see what the purchase was or if anything renewed but there’s nothing worth 69.99. I don’t have the option to request a refund either. I’ve called to apple support twice but they say they’re gonna transfer my call and then hung up. I work a lot to make 70 euros so I’d like to at least know why tf they’re just gone now.

You've tried reaching out to Apple Support but had issues getting connected to the right Advisor. You can see if using the following link below, from the article above, might help get you headed in the right place for further assistance with this charge:


"Contact Apple Support

If you checked reportaproblem.apple.com and your emailed receipts and you're still not sure why you were charged, contact Apple Support."

If there is no charge on your account, maybe that email was just a scam? See if it is really from Apple:

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
