Check iPhone for water damage

Do Apple support provide a service for checking for water damage, as in opening the phone and checking the water damage indicators?

No, but you can check the indicator in the SIM slot. Remove the SIM card and carrier and look in the slot. Here are illustrations→Water and other liquid damage to iPhone or iPod isn't covered by warranty - Apple Support
