The correct answer is : a earbud user for a 2020 iPhone se must go to settings with earbuds plugged in charge port as there is not any traditional headphone plug and then download the Bluetooth software that goes with it -the device will be recognized then by the iPhone if you do not do this the earbuds will not work.
Dude I saw the download with my on eyes on my iPhone se first the iPhone discovered the new accessory wired earbuds from (youse ) and then it downloaded or “adapted”the iPhone to the new recognized device.
Is English not your first language? If not you might try using your primary language.
If you are referring to AirPods (I don't know of an "youse" IEM company) then yes it may have downloaded a firmware update and it will display a popup on the screen to connect them. But it won't download Bluetooth.
You do know there is more than one brand of earbuds and that some are wired? And no, Bluetooth headphones don't require a special Bluetooth software to be downloaded to use them with an iPhone.
