Pencil usage while showing PDF on zoom (via iPad)

If I were showing a PDF document via ZoomVideoConf and wanted to emphasize a particular segment of a page, or wanted to write or draw on screen (iPad off course), how can I do it?

PDF pencil Every day I write on the pdf with my pencil on a Ipad Pro12,9 If i open a pdf on the rigth side of the pdf there is a bar, where I can browse in the documents pages. How can I close this bar ? When I write, constantly touches my hand to the bar, and change it the pages. It is annoying.

Can’t take screenshots with Apple Pencil on iPad Pro I can’t take a screenshot with my Apple Pencil on my iPad Pro using the instructions that are all over the Internet. I swipe from the bottom corner to the middle of the screen, and all that happens is the screen scrolls. I have to resort to pushing the two buttons to take the screenshot, and then I’m able to edit with the pencil. Did I somehow turn this function off? Are there any troubleshooting steps that I should try to isolate the problem? It seems too simple of a function to screw up, but I won’t rule out that possibility! I did check Pencil Gestures in Settings. It’s enabled. I don’t know where else to look. Thanks!

Bug/Change in Pencil PDF Markup in iPad OS Dear Apple, You've changed what was an excellent iOS 12 pencil behavior for PDF markup in iOS 13/iPadOS. You used to be able to scroll PDFs with your thumb while drawing with the pencil to mark-up PDFs. When one would lift the pencil one could continue to scroll without having to "toggle off" the markup icon (top right). In iPadOS the Apple Pencil activates PERMANENTLY the markup feature, and now, when I try to scroll with my left thumb, I unintentionally draw lines on the PDF instead of scrolling. As a user, I now have to constantly toggle off the pencil icon so I can continue to scroll the document, resulting in a terrible user experience for those of us who purchased the iPad to work on large documents digitally with the pencil. Please revert back the pencil behavior for PDF mark up as it was in iOS 12.
