Screen discoloration

I don't really remember the time when i dropped my phone on the floor or soaked my phone in the water. I just started seeing a pale-yellowish tint on my screen so i thought it was just the tempered glass, but it's not! What do you think cause this problem?

iPhone 11 with smudge on screen. Ive taken out an iPhone 11 on contract about 3 weeks ago , so it’s basically brand new. I’ve noticed a smudge on my screen that won’t go away no matter how much I wipe my screen. I started googling around and came to the conclusion that it could either be water damage ( which isn’t the case because the phone hasn’t left my sight and I take good care of it) and I’ve checked inside my sim tray if the LCI is white which means no water damage and it is white. What could the problem be ?

Blue pixels in screen I’m think this is water damage but I wanna be sure . I was walking home in the rain my iphone11 got wet my screen started glitching.. then after a while blue squares started appearing sometimes it’s gone but then they come back also they lower bottom part of my touch screen only works sometimes …help.
