Unable to get password reset Email because apple hid my personal email

Signed into NFL Fantasy app using apple log in to hide my email address. Device did not save login credentials and the app eventually kicked me off. Trying to log back in but unable to do so because I don’t get the email to reset my password sent to my personal email address(that apple hid). And I don’t have direct access to the fake email that apple provides to the app. Please assist.
