Please tell me how to delete/disable Keychain access?

This has been nothing but a giant pain in the ***. My first mac and the experience is completely ruined, why the **** apple wants to control everything making life miserable. I can't do most of my work because I can't have multiple accounts on services like github because of this stupid piece of dumb software that I can't even remove.
