Data Recovery in SSD
I deleted some video files from the desktop, and emptied the recycle bin. How can I recover these files? It is an SSD memory.

do you have a backup disk?
since you have flash storage AND have emptied the trash, the only way to recover that data would be from a backup.

No. If you did not keep a backup, the data is gone.
no. you can use time machine or a bootable clone created with CCC or super duper. but since you don't use time machine, AFAIK there will not be any local snapshots that you could use. sorry.

iCloud is not like an external Drive and is not designed or intended to be use like an External Drive - that being storage space to make space on the Internal Drive for archiving purposes.
iCloud is a Conduit to have files on iCloud so changes to a documents, photo etc done on one device, are reflects to all other devices connected to the same Apple ID and using iCloud.
