Apple Music not working on my Samsung smart tv

I am successfully signing into my apple music on tv. When i move to the listen now section it shows “an error occurred loading this content. Check your internet connection and try again later.” my internet’s fine as ican watch Netflix on my tv at best quality without buffering and all apps work perfectly. Its just apple music thats having issues. I already tried resetting apple music AND apple tv. Turned my tv off and on completely and then tried but no luck. What can be the issue?

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're running into issues playing Apple Music from your Apple TV. When you say that you've reset Apple Music, could you explain what process you performed? For example, did you quit the Music app (Switch quickly between Apple TV apps) by pressing the TV button twice on the Apple TV remote and then swiping up.


The issue could be network related, even though your other apps are working fine. If you can, try restarting your network router to see if that helps. Also, if you're using a VPN try disabling it to see if that allows you to access your content.
