There are two kinds of "Chinese" keyboards available for Mac's, Pinyin and Zhuyin. The former just has Latin characters on the keys, the latter has Latin plus Zhuyin. To see whether either is available in your country, you need to check your local Apple store.
You can type Chinese using any keyboard by having the correct settings in system preferences > keyboard > input sources.
