my i phone 12 has crashed and wont turn off...nthing works either ...can you help ?

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

The owner of this thread at least told us he had an iPhone 12 but you will have to read this and work it out...

My Iphone has crashed, I can't unlock of phone or reboot it. The phone is set on SOS and won't let me do anything!
