Unable to use iPhone. Can not make phone calls, text or use any apps. apps will freeze then close after launch. Unable to turn phone off unless I hit the volume buttons then hold down sleep button. Restarted iPhone a few times but nothing has changed. How do I fix this? please help. iPhone 14 pro max
