Screenshot does not work on Iphone 11

Screenshot does not work on my Iphone 11, iOS 14.7.1. I have tried back tap, AssistiveTouch and physical button but no one works. I also reset setting and restart device.

Unable to screenshot with iPhone on iOS 14.2 I am unable to screenshot with my iPhone XS on iOS 14.2. Here's what I've tried so far, open to other suggestions: Home button + volume up button Assistive touch > Device > More > Screenshot Double tap assistive touch Double tap back of device Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings All of the above have failed. I'm noticing that when I attempt to take a screenshot, the assistive touch button fades away almost as if a screenshot is being taken. However, no photos are saved. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
