If you are referring to the app then we suggest taking a look at this info that can be helpful:
Some apps are built to communicate with different models of devices as well as different software versions of some devices. Sometimes app developers update their apps to communicate with the latest version of iOS, and since you do not have the latest version of iOS 14.8 the app may not be compatible.
If you are referring to the actual website itself there may be a couple of things to try, follow steps below:
If you are using your Safari app and the website won't load try clearing your Safari history: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
