we have forgotten my child Apple ID password, how to recover when I cannot access the icloud email for that account without the password

The thing is I forgot my apple id and its my Icloud email, but the worst thing is to find out my apple id I NEED the apple id. Yes I know the lines of how it goes and yes, I perfectly remember my password. I changed my passcode forgot it, tried it too many times, had to restore it and now its saying: IpHoNE LoCkED To OWnER. this is'int even my phone. I will have to give it back help I'm about to freak out HEEELPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
