a couple days ago my find my iphone stopped working for my my sister. it won’t load her location and if it does it’s every couple hours and doesn’t show an exact location. can you help me with this

It sounds like it is working, only sporadically. One possible reason for this is signal reception. If she is in a building or other structure (even some cars) her phone may not be able to receive GPS signals, and possibly also not be able to connect to a telephone service. Poor signal reception from GPS can often lead to poor location determination.
