I have an iphone XR with e weird problem. Whenever I speak to someone using whatsapp, viber, discord or when I record my audio, it is crystal clear. But whenever I call someone they barely hear me. I took the phone to a technician and he swapped the microphone near the charging port but the problem is still present. Anyone has any idea or dealt with this problem before?

Did you use volume up DURING a live call?
(That does not sound like an Apple technician, rather a third party tepair shop, in which case your support is no longer available.)
That is your right to repair it yourself, just that Apple and we fellow users on this forum will no longer provide further support.
You are right but in Albania there isn’t any apple store or apple certified repair shop, so we have to deal with third party repair shops.
I will try the volume up now, and about the repair thingy I just got the microphone from a donor iphone xr and swaped it.
I also realized that the caller can hear when I click volume buttons or touch under the phone (charging port and speaker).
