Yellow spots in screen

Hello.

i bought my iphone SE 2020 last year, and today appeared two yellow spots in screen, in the two lower corners.

Can you tell me what’s wrong?

i didn’t put water in my phone, didn’t fall, it was a normal day.

I suggest that you make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for an evaluation and explanation of your options....
