Call forwarding

How can I fix my phone from forwarding my declined calls to my boyfriend's phone? We do not share an apple ID, he has none of my information on his phone, and neither do I but yet my calls get forwarded to him. I have checked the call on other device option it says on but when I click it the button is off. I am not sure what to do. Please can anyone help?
