Apple watch is causing severe deep tissue pain

I have bought an apple watch SE. It seems to hurt me deep inside my wrist, radiating upwards towards my shoulder and into my chest. I know this sounds weird but it is 100% from this watch and I cannot figure out what is causing this pain. No watch, no pain. I sure hate that I have made this purchase and now find that the watch is not going to be usable by me. Does anyone else have this issue?

Apple Watch SE, watchOS 7

It doesn't matter if anyone else has it and we can't do polls here anyway. Sounds like you may be wearing it too tight and you are pressing on a nerve. But to be sure make an appointment with your doctor and take your watch with you.
