Lost package within FedEx.
So Aug 31st, 2021, I dropped off my Macbook Pro at a nearby apple store to be repaired and was told I would get it back within 3-5 days. it was shipped out to Memphis and was repaired and sent back all by Sept 2nd. Since the 2nd, it has been sitting (supposedly) at a FedEx shipping center a few miles away from me, but not being shipped back to the apple store I dropped it off at due to a “delivery delay”. After waiting for over a week and a half, I requested that the FedEx just hold it there and I would just go pick it up, since it isn’t being shipped out of there. I was told that that was possible and they would let me know when it was “ready”. But that was on Sept 11th. After a long phone call with FedEx customer service, I discovered that my package isn’t even there, and was delivered to a nearby Walgreens that has a FedEx located inside. Called both the Walgreens in the area and neither of them have my package. So where is it?! And am I just out the money I spent on this insanely expensive computer? Not sure what to do from here. Needed it for school but am worried that filing a claim with FedEx will take way too long. Any suggestions?
