Hello, Apply community Center!
I am from Pakistan. I'm facing an issue regarding Battery, in the past 2 days, my iPhone battery decreases 83% to 79%. now it's showing me a message to replace it.
Please look into it.

You may have a poor battery condition which cannot provide sufficient power for peak performance. What is the Battery Health of your iPhone? Open Settings ➔ Battery ➔ Battery Health and let us know which percentage you see for Maximum Capacity. Also note what is written under Peak Performance. If your battery's Maximum Capacity shows a value of 80% or less, then it has gone through its lifecycle and therefore should be replaced, according to Apple.

Your battery is failing. It is already showing the message to replace it on your iPhone. My recommendation is that you get the battery replaced.

It was 84 week ago. and now it's 79%. it's decreasing rapidly.
