Stop autoplaying tv episodes in Apple TV app

How do I stop autoplaying tv episodes in the Apple TV app? Once the episode is done, I just want to go back to the episode menu, like I can with every other streaming app.

And the end of an episode, I think during the end credits, an overlay should pop up to show what is up next. If you press Back or Menu on your remote then, that would break the autoplay. On the website, click beside the pop-up to break autoplay.

If you would prefer a no-interaction setting for auto-play behavior, then make such suggestion to Apple: Feedback - Apple TV App - Apple
