Can’t send videos in WhatsApp and Instagram

I haven’t been able to sent any videos in WhatsApp or Instagram

in WhatsApp it says “Can’t send this video please choose a different video”

and it Instagram it never goes through

what should I do

I have 120gb of free space in my phone

To send a video it has nothing to do with the space on your iPhone, but more with the size of the video.
