iPad Pro randomly stops my music

The device stops my playback media either by Apple Music or Apple TV when i am doing other tasks on the device, even if the device is on silent mode it seems that the device think there it needs to play something else instead, resulting to randomly stopping the music, the following are some examples of when is this issue happened:

• opening some apps
• downloading media
• browsing the web

I contacted the support and they are not able to solve the issue, I believe it is IPad os issue, just wondering how many are having the same problem. Is it something known?
