Front camera of iPhone 6s

We understand you're having some camera issues with your iPhone 6s while on FaceTime video calls. You also mentioned when you use your Camera app to take selfies, it will be a black preview. Is that every time, or just sometimes? Is it only the front-facing camera, or does the rear-facing camera also show a black preview?
