phishing scam email? got a email receipt for 12 TB of cloud storage

Anybody else get a a phishy email about unpurchased cloud storage?

it gave me a confirmation number of

CXT-KJ1760CT

I don't even have an apple product active

It's a scam. Apple doesn't even offer a 12TB iCloud storage plan.

Scam or what? Dear Sir\ Mam, I received an email today from "service update"s saying they need confirmation on something I never ordered. An upgrade to 20 TB of iCloud storage for over $ 1,300.00! Is this a scam? It was sent to an old apple ID account email address. I did not order or request this and don't want it. Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks.
