bluetooth not working after water damage i think

I dropped my iphone 6s in the toilet (i know lol) and took it out like immediately after but after that happened my bluetooth isnt working at all. none of my devices work w/ bluetooth on my phone and i tried like everything to fix it like toggling bluetooth, restarting my phone, resetting network settings, and all that stuff. is this fixable in any way??
