I have downloaded the Scanner App and would like to cancel it. There is not a cancel button. How do you cancel the App?
How do you cancel The Scanner APP if it doesn't have the cancel subscription?

Assuming that it's a subscription, what do you see for it : How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support ? If it's not set to auto-renew you will only see options to (re)start a subscription.
