Cannot stream "See" Season 2, Episode 3, Apple TV on any device; no problems with any other episode, any other show

Anyone else have this problem? Apple has made it incredibly difficult to report such a problem: 6 Apple advisors, most recently in Media Services, agree the problem is not on my side.

So, a Senior Advisor suggested a fix that worked, one that is not suggested at Apple's website: since I was seeing the spinning wheel, the cycling image, for days, she suggested I go to App Settings, and "FORCE STOP." It stopped the cycling, and now the episode plays -- the problem was solved by stopping the cycling on my app.
