iPhone storage full

My storage is full, when I go to settings > General > iPhone storage .... I see that “Other” from Apple inc. is consuming 40,15GB of my space , which is a lot.

It says: Other system data (40,15GB)

System data includes caches, logs and other resources currently in use by the system. This value will fluctuate according to system needs.

And it says nothing else, no options, no click button to delete anything.

Actually I’m using 63,4GB of 64GB, shouldn’t it “fluctuate according to system needs”?

Can I do anything to delete storage from “Other”?

thanks,Juan
