My FaceID is not working

im not sure what happened my front and back camera is working but when it coes to faceid its not working anyone knows why ? all setting are on ( facetime id)

face id not working The face ID on my XS Max never worked. Additionally it cannot make FaceTime calls, it CAN receive them but not make them out. Anyone else have this problem?
