IPad Pro and Amazon app

IPad is turning Amazon app horizontal when held vertically. Also is zoomed out. Safari zoom is set to 100%, pinch and zoom not working. Any other ideas?

Does restarting your iPad resolve the issue? Is this app the only one affected? Are there any updates for the app in the App Store? Which exact version of iPadOS are you updated to under Settings > General > About?
