Screen Recording Failed Due to -5831

when i try to screen record on my phone it recently has been telling me there was an error due to “-5831”

I have plenty of storage on my phone as well as i’ve tried restarting my phone and checking to make sure there was not a restriction in my settings. i’m curious as to how to fix this

What are you trying to record that is on your screen at the time?
