can I change from swim to run after an activity ?

How do I change my activity after the event. I had it on Open Swim but I went for a run.

You can't,you would have to delete the workout and manually enter a new one in the health app.

Edit workout and workout choices It is very frustrating that a workout can be added or deleted but not edited. Changing Activity Type Is there a way to edit an activity once completed? For example, if I initially selected "HIIT Training", completed my exercise routine and noticed after the fact it should have been "Functional Strength Training".
