Apple Developer Enrollment Problem

Hello!


We have paid for the Apple Developer Account 4 weeks ago, but when we check the account status, it says that we need to continue enrollment (already paid).


"To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now."


We tried to reach the support team, but no luck.


We don't know if the messages for support team have been read or send.


Anyone with this same problem?
