iPhone 7 plus not updating to ios 14.8

I have an iPhone 7 Plus that still shows that iOS 14.7 is the latest update. I have shut the phone and turned it on 2 or 3 time, rebooted 5 times, and tried updating wirelessly and also connected to my iMac with a lightning cable (on machines running both Big Sur and beta Monterey). It is now two days since the 14.8 release and it just continues to show that 14.7 is the latest update. I have updated other iOS, iPadOS, and Big Sur devices but this phone won't update. Any suggestions short of wiping and reinstalling or getting into the iOS 15 public beta? I have tried to update manually, of course.

Thanks. I forgot that I had been in the iOS 14 beta program and still had the profile installed. That did the trick!

You can't remove a beta profile because your phone is managed??

How did the profile get there?

I have never heard of a company managrd phone being used for beta testing. Business critical phones should not be used for testing.

Have your phone manager remove the beta profile.

Mine is managed so I can’t remove that. The update came down a few days ago for me and I hit “later” and now it won’t show
