I cannot add my university outlook account

how would add the outlook email, I also have download or bought the microsoft apps

On my iPad I deleted the account but cannot reload it. is it possible to have both my gmail account and my sbcglobal account loaded into the Apple Mail account instead of Outlook. If so, how??
