Screen time on Mojave?

Hi, I would like to set up Screen Time (using it mainly as specific webfilter) for myself but can't find it on Mojave - is it no longer available? The only information I find is setting up a new user profile and enabling that one with Parental Control - but that's of no use to me as I would simply circumvent it by switching back to my Admin User Profile.. Some help would be appreciated - thank you!

Thank you! Just upgraded to Catalina but here I seem to have the same problem - I can't use it as "administrator" so I can't even turn it on without creating another user profile.. Could this be or am I doing something wrong here? As mentioned I want to restrict my own access to adult content and if that's only possible by creating another user then it can obviously easily be circumvented by changing to Administrator - do you know what I mean?
