14.8 Update

After installing 14.8 update, I am getting an error message saying that the cellular update failed? I have tried to get this to reset with no luck, my carrier doesn’t even show. I can’t make or receive calls or text messages and if I am not on WiFi, I can’t use much of anything else either. I need my phone working, family emergency going on and I can’t use my phone. Any help would be appreciated
