Hi! I am trying to cancel a subscription but it won't let me.

I have been paying 15$ each month for the past 4 months. It says my subscription is canceled on the app (Chegg) but not on my Apple store. I'm trying to cancel it on my iPhone but it won't let me.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14
