I need to cancel abc mouse but says I went thru itunes...I don't know how to get to itunes to cancel

Are using an iOS device? Do you see ABCmouse when you go to Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions? If so, below the apps name, do you see “Expiring Date”? That means the subscription is canceled and will not renew.

Are you on a Mac? Open the App Store > click your name in the lower left corner > View Information at the top > scroll down on the pop-up page until you see Subscriptions > Manage > click Edit beside the subscription. If you don’t see an option to cancel here (or in iOS) you may have already set it to cancel.

If you don’t see the subscription, take a look at If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed. It will help you know other places you can look.
