can Tracfone prepaid phone card or others be used on the iPhone 13
purchasing an unlocked phone do I have to choose a carrier right of way or can I use a prepaid phone card?

You don’t have to choose a carrier right away with an unlocked iPhone.
You should be able to use Tracfone with the new iPhone per Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone.
