OK so mine was like this too and I just read the little note under it that says when in low power mode auto lock is restricted to 30 seconds. Your options are to turn off "low power mode" or just wait until your phone charges up enough, if this is your issue. :)

Thanks for the suggestion. I was on the phone with Apple and it unlocked itself before I spoke to anyone. Thanks for the tip about low power mode.
