Are MagSafe magnets in iPhone 13 Pro Max stronger than on iPhone 12 Pro Max, as promised? Hopefully they are, to hold things like MagSafe wallet, which often fell off on iPhone 12 Pro Max, even with Apple cases.

So we can't answer your question at all and Apple hasn't identified the strength of the MagSafe batteries.
Of course no one has an iPhone 13 - I thought someone would have seen the answer somewhere on Apple.com or a private site, as Apple had indicated that they were planning to make the magnets stronger on a release months ago.
Even with an extra aftermarket magnet inserted in the case, the wallet falls off - and while I love the Apple Wallet & not having to carry a separate wallet anymore, I’d be more likely to upgrade to a 13 if Apple fixed this issue.
Since not one person here has an iPhone 13 and this is a user to user only forum, no one could possibly give you an educated answer.
