Activation lock

Hi,

Having exceeded the number of times trying to enter my passcode on my iPhone 12 Pro, I have managed to restore it via my MacBook.

I've now got the phone next to my iPad for Quick Setup.

I've got to the stage where Activation lock has been reached and although I have input my email address for my Apple ID, I cannot remember the correct Password for the iPhone.

I cannot proceed any further.

Any ideas as to where I go from here please?
