Just got a text that my apple ID will be disabled for security reasons and to call this number: ****-9010. After yesterday’s security update not completed downloading on my iphone 7, anyone know about this?

The message is a scam. Do not interact with the message or the sender.
Apple won't text you about a locked ID, you'll discover that when you try to log in. The message is phishing.
Scams (e-mail, text messages, and phone calls) are getting very good at closely imitating true Apple communications. Always be cautious. Here are some guidelines:
