I have a payment of £7.99 in my Lloyds bank account from Apple from a record shop based in Cork, Ireland however I am not from Cork, been to Cork or ever visited Cork. I was wondering if you could possibly refund me this as it is not in my iTunes account as I don’t use it therefore I did not purchase anything.
