It says the iPad is disabled, connect to itunes. Any help?

How can I turn it back on.? I'm having a lot of problems. It's model A1822.

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
